About our Adaptation

Characters

Cendrillon Pictordu (Cinderella), Soprano - Baron Pictordu's middle child. As an old fashioned, romantic girl in a modern world, she struggles to find the balance between her values and what she wants in a partner, and the disposable nature of dating and relationships. She wants to be true to herself, but doesn't know if she will ever find the love of her life. She's felt neglected and unseen, as her two sisters have taken a lot of her father's attention, and her mother died when she was young. She had a very strong connection with her, and has always felt a little out of place ever since.

Maguelonne Pictordu, Soprano - Baron Pictordu's youngest daughter. Shameless, she does whatever she needs to in order to get attention. She's also all about being famous on social media, though she hasn't gained much of a following yet. She helps attain that goal by running a social media department at a major advertising firm.

Armelinde Pictordu, Mezzo - Baron Pictordu's eldest daughter. A successful corporate lawyer who always gets what she wants due to her confidence and ability to overpower the competition. Baron Pictordu, Baritone - Super wealthy hedge fund manager. Widowed, he's had to raise his three daughters. While good intentioned, he's worked extremely hard to give them a privileged life, which backfires in a variety of ways.

La Fée, Soprano - Social Media Influencer who gives life and dating advice. She's a long time friend of Chad's, and wants to help him and the sisters reach their highest happiness.

Chad Studebaker (Prince Charming), Tenor - Coming from a wealthy family, he has had every advantage and privilege one can imagine. After taking full advantage of that, he's realized his life is completely meaningless, and he has practically no true relationships that aren't based on what he can give the other person. Shortly before the show starts, he makes a vow to only be with people who value and have a genuine connection with him.

Brad Barigoule, Tenor - Chad's personal assistant and best friend. While he doesn't like his job, he also is loyal to Chad. He's a go getter, and makes things happen despite all obstacles.
